Our client, a successful company in Munich area with a SaaS Software solution, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) for the dynamic Sales Team. Important: Fluent English spoken and written for the target client area EU a lot.

Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) – SaaS Software B2B

TASKS

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Plan and conduct initial discovery calls with prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team (Account Executives) to develop and execute sales strategies and activities within a defined territory.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions.
  • Track and manage prospects using our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams regarding customer responses and market trends.

QUALIFICATION

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field, especially in cold calling
  • Strong communication skills and creativity in problem-solving
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to communicate in English – best native for the international EU market. German an advantage
